Floyd appears on no paperwork. He has no legal records and he has no recorded history in Prospect.

He was a member of the Skeletal Legion operating out of Stygia. One of the Legion's sanctioned armorers and forgers and member of the Artificer's Guild, he was promoted to the august position of Doomslayer and sent to Prospect to help solidify the Hierarchy's control of the Necropolis. At least that is what the bureaucracy will tell you of Floyd. Only the strongest, most rugged warriors of the Legion would ascend to such a nihilistic calling as a Doomslayer - the elite spectre slayers of Stygia.

In truth he is an exile, banished from Stygia due to politics and burned by legionnaires eager to rise through the ranks. He isn't a doomslayer, but he must be one if he doesn't want the Legion to send him to the forges. He isn't even a warrior, but he must be one and fast.
