Xavier Banders/Hooks

• Vampire : Xavier is a proud Caitiff. His kind are treated like full equals in the Anarchs, and he has a bit of an issue with people who look down on the 'Clanless'.

• Anarchs : Hailing from Santa Monica, Xavier was Embraced into the Anarch Movement a few decades back. He is the leader of the now defunct Suicide Kings gang, and briefly served as the Baron of Santa Monica before the shit hit the fan with a local Setite Temple. (Anarch Status 2)

• Suicide Kings : The Kings were a bit of a big deal in LA, and have been around since the Movement took California a long time back. Xavier took the gang from the previous leader, and he is now the sole survivor of a horrible shadow war with the Setites in Santa Monica. The Kings are based on equality and freedom, as well as keeping a close tie to Humanity and making sure the other Sects never push the little guy around. Every King 'earns their King' by being given a pretty insane task, and they earn both their King tattoo (Given via an Anarch NPC who has very minor levels of Vicc) and their King name from it. Xavier's, for instance, is Crash...due to driving his Mustang off of the roof of a parking structure onto a Sabbat cronie who was snooping around King turf.

• Not For 99 : He runs a bar off the highway, out east in the desert. It's supposed to be really laid back for a biker bar. It's also used as a safehouse and relaxation station for Anarchs.
