His accent is clearly Canadian (Western Territories) for those who know what to look for. While he is shy and more then a little odd, he doesn't quite come off as a creeper. He manages to just come off as a bit awkward, and more then a little depressed.

Specifically, he deals with something called the Deep (Or Dark) Web. On this cesspool of human existence, anything can be found. Sure, it can also be used for people within tyrannical countries to communicate with the outside world, and for good things. Sure.

He has dark eyes to match his hair, and there is a somewhat tired and worn look to them.

Dark skinny jeans with heavy black boots, andd a faded dark 'Star Wars' shirt, with a black and grey flannel sometimes worn as well, under a black jacket. When it isn't worn the numerous tattoos running down his muscled arms can be seen, running all the way down to the backs of his hands. Various pop-pagan imagery, and symbols of skeletons and Halloween-related things, along with imagery linked to Greek mythology.
