His accent is clearly Canadian (Western Territories) for those who know what to look for. While he is shy and more then a little odd, he doesn't quite come off as a creeper. He manages to just come off as a bit awkward, and more then a little depressed.

Specifically, he deals with something called the Deep (Or Dark) Web. On this cesspool of human existence, anything can be found. Everything from the hacker groups to hired killers to cannibals and serial killers...and worse. Sure, it can also be used for people within tyrannical countries to communicate with the outside world, and for good things. Sure.

He doesn't like talking about where he is from, and why he is here. He seems constantly tired, and worn down by the boot-heel of life.

He forces himself to feel every final breath, to absorb every quake of fear. Some people he relishes killing. Sometimes, when the job is done, he cries for days. He has thrown up more then once after completing an act. He forces himself to feel the life he takes...because to do otherwise would be to accept Death-Taint into his soul, and into his life.
