Personality:Tom is very well out there and very in your face. I roll a 1d6 (1=happy, 2=serious, 3=helpful, 4=slapstick, 5=gross, 6=annoying) to basically set the mood I'm walking into a scene with. I have killed rp because of my slapstick and gross tenancies. I am not that way oocly an it's very hard for me to play, this is only the surface of Tom, he is very deep and dimensional and well rounded. I have been a player of Garou for almost 15 years and I will bring out all types of rp with me. This is only one side of Tom and tom himself is very helpful, kind, considerate, and always is looking to bond with people. Playing a ragabash though, I play them well and there is always a reason why I do things, something I am teaching, something I'm looking to flush out of you, something I'm always looking to help you question to get a new perspective on, there is a reason for /everything/ I do. Tom is smarter then a whip icly and for me oocly I tend to scare people on what I remember and what I perceive. I am very emphatic and also willing to go at length if you ask me oocly or icly for help. Tom is very territorial over friends and family.
Tom Harley was born in Detroit, MN to a family of three which father and mother were both a member of a sept in Detroit, MN. When Tom became of age he was sent however to an uktena sept after both his father and mother were killed in an accident regarding some BSDs busting into motorcycle shop which they both worked at. Being sent away from the city to a Uktena Caern which was far up into Canada NW Territories. From there his uncle took care of him as his tribe was Uktena. From there his responsibility was to fix the nets of the people going out to fish for it was there main staple. Tom was the questionable kid, meaning he went around annoying people with tons of questions, asking for lessons, and generally if someone was doing something he was just sitting there watching and observing. His uncle was quite proud of him, and well the poor Uktena of the sept kept giving tom riddles to think about and boy would he think about them. He would stop everything and think for days and weeks at a time until he found an answer, if there wasn't one and he came to that logical conclusion he would simply move on if there was a deep meaning he would ask questions and seek answers from those he knew might know.
Tom's first change was nothing special, tom's parents were killed while drowning so well Tom never liked the water and wouldn't go near it makes sense if you think about it this is why he only fixed the nets never fished himself because he would not go near any creek, lake, stream, or river. His Uncle annoyed by this weakness finally took the man out in the middle of Lake Michigan and threw him out in a life perserver in the middle of summer and said to swim back to shore. With that the boat rumbled off, it's one way to learn how to swim but the problem is the water cold very cold. He fenzied plain and simple ended up on the otherside of the umbra alone and cold. Luckly fish spirits guided his way back after that he deticated his life to learn how to fish Fixes-the-Net became his name and the rest is history.
Disclaimer: I play Tom very slapstick, annoying, hammy, crafty, careless (Carefree), Jerky, Dicky, rebel rousing, and generally socially rule breaking and frankly very on the surface there is someone there that wants to punch him at every single gathering.
