<p>{{tab}}It's Sunday morning and pretty much the entire Chapter is out -- either in church or sleeping off their hangovers at a respective 'partner's'. Ellie is the only one present in the sorority house, and despite having neither church nor hangover, she has been up for hours for her early morning gym session. She is lounging around the house barefoot and make-up free as she makes herself another morning coffee. The one earlier in Prospect Roasters was a nice wake-me-up, but she definitely needs a top-up of caffeine!</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair texted on his way in. Instead of knocking, these days - let people know who's at the door, exactly when. It's as much a safety thing. He's quite the contrast to Ellie - a grey, zip up hoodie, loose cargo pants. He has his phone in hand, waiting at the front door, just off to one side. And he had a case in hand, a metal toolbox, almost, carrying it with a touch of difficulty</p>

<p>{{tab}}The text is sent and received a few seconds before the large white door opens, revealing Ellie standing in the doorway. She is barefoot, yet despite this remains staggeringly tall! "Hei!" she exclaims, with a beaming smile on her face. "You're early!"</p>

<p>{{tab}}Ellie has a good three quarters of a foot on Blair - he wears sneakers, simple and plain things - and so he looks up, and the - very pink and fitted nature of her clothing isn't lost on him. He gives a small, slightly cheerful emile "Hey" He offers politely "Hope it's okay? Figured I could knock this out before you all got busy - end of the day, I don't want to be in the way in all your home, right?"</p>

<p>{{tab}}The tall Norwegian shrugs, "Not a problem for me!" she says. "Shall we start outside?" she asks, as she steps through the doorway, seemingly unperturbed by the fact she wears neither shoes nor socks. She gestures her hand up at the face of the Chapter House. "So... It's massive. Funny, considering how few of us there are at the moment! I think we were hoping to have a large banner coming down from that balcony above, with maybe 'Welcome Potential Sisters!' or something of the sort." She hrmmms, "And then I don't know what else could go where..." she says with a chuckle. "I'm not very good at this thing."</p>

<p>{{tab}}"No, it's fine" Blair nods, considering and looking around. He tries not to look at her too much - but Ellie is always, always in the corner of his eye "So a big banner, sure. I'll grab copies of your logo and such from the web site - unless you can email me hi fidelity ones?" There's a casual nod, his thumbs in his pockets, his shoulders slouched. By contrast to the Norwegian's posture, looking even smaller by comparison "So a big banner slung across the middle - that's easy enough, the stenciling is fine. I'm assuming you want as much in the way of your group colors as well?"</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Yeah, I think so." Ellie replies, "So a lot of pink, purple and white -- mainly pink and white. Purple trim perhaps? I'll send some high resolution .PNGs over." She walks forward so that she can beyond the faux ceiling formed from the balcony and masonry, and entering the wonderful morning light. "I guess we could also hang stuff from the windows? So they billow down." Looking around, "And... Maybe some signs? We've got a lot of space out here!" she says, laughing.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"You've got a load of space" Blair agrees "Maybe ribbons and rosettes, streamers, that sort of thing - keep it light and cheerful, keep the windows open - you'll have a lot of people moving through - to let the breezes keep them moving?" He muses. Ambling this way, that way "I'll find those in a good shade and worth everything else to match them. And try to match them to your own colors - ah, gonna sound odd, but if I can get some examples of anything in your colors, it'll help while I pick stuff out?" he gives a smile "Look, I need stuff on *my* resume as well, and planning this type of thing is good for my getting the general aesthetics right"</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Ooooh! Yeah, that sounds good!" Ellie affirms, "As much that flows as possible!" She turns from looking at the face of the building to Blair, "Examples? Uh... The only things I can think of at the moment are clothes. Would that work?" she asks. "I mean, we have emblems and stuff inside but they're either too big or too valuable to be borrowed out..."</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair pauses, then forces a smile "Sure. That's fine. If it's no problem? I'd snap pictures, but this way I can see how they handle different light levels and such, rather than ... you know, being stuck with one" He gives a self conscious nod "Okay, so ... tell me as much as you like about you all? And I'll listen, and try to put things together for you?"</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Yeah, that's fine! I should have a spare one of these lying around." Ellie says, as she tugs at her pink booty shorts. "This is the pink we want to go for. A little bit about us? Well..." She rises up, straightening her already straight posture to exclaim "We are Alpha Sigma Sigma!" with a serious expression on her face, before bursting into cheerful laughter. "We were founded in '98. Our beliefs revolve around the strength of women and femininity, and lately its been taken more literally to involve exercise and body aesthetics. Pink is used to try to disprove the association between the colour and of femininity, damsel in dress types -- basically submission and weakness!" She scratches her chin thoughtfully. "I... Think that's the basic jist of it. We're all still getting used to it all, considering the house has been closed for years and all of the previous alumni are... Gone." she explains.</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair just looks slightly amused at the explanation, glancing down to those tugged-on booty shorts, his cheeks pinking a touch in sympathy, before lifting an eyebrow "Well, fair enough. Sounds like you keep busy - and there's something in challenging stereotypes head on, I guess." He gives a sly glance across, teasing a little. While cracking his neck back to look up at her "I dunno, I think you'd be a fantastic damsel in dis-dress" And a soft laugh, shaking his head "No, I get it. It sounds good. What happened to the place?" And a nod "Want me to wait as you grab them, or can I see more of the place to get an idea? Oh, and can I get a sweep with the camera?"</p>

<p>{{tab}}Ellie acks, "/Damsel in distress/" she corrects herself with a laugh. "Sorry, I like to think my English is good." she says sweetly. Nodding towards the doorway, she says "Sure! Go on in. There shouldn't be anyone else around, so the chance of bumping into a naked Sister is low!" and then she mutters, just about audible "Though that's normally me..." Clearing her voice, she steps through the doorway and gestures towards Blair to join her. "The ground floor is open to everyone, but the floors above need a Sister to accompany you. I'll quickly run upstairs to grab my shorts, do you wanna run around with your camera? And about what happened? No one will tell us! /EVERYTHING/ is new, so it must have been pretty bad!"</p>

<p>{{tab}}"That sounds pretty awful. You done any digging?" Blair asks curiously, stepping around and taking a sweep with his phone before he moves on in with her, grinning a little "I'll just wait where you put me. Don't ant to get in the way, like I said - any whatever, tshirt, shorts, whatever you have in that color that you don't wear. Won't be for too long" He promises, stepping in after her; and he makes sure to film going in, watching the angles and shift in perspective.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Yeah... No luck! We're plotting something though, something I doubt any heterosexual male would be able to resist! We'll end up finding out." Ellie says with a wink. "You can go wherever down here, and I'll quickly run upstairs." She says, and disappears off up the large staircase in front of the entryway. </p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair just laughs as he roams, sweeping around with the camera phone. And tapping at the screen, loading up the dimensions of the place and scanning it about, considering as he moves, muttering a little "I wonder how many guys could resist *that* at all" He shakes his head, sighing.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Blair?" Ellie calls out as she returns from her room upstairs, a spare set of booty shorts in hand. She finds him roaming in the main living area. "Here you go!" she says with a smile, offering a set of pink booty shorts like the ones she's wearing. </p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair's cheeks are just as pink as he takes the shorts, grinning a little "Well, at least no one will think they're mine" He laughs a little "I do love the look you have going. Is this something you all wear?" He asks, slightly amused "Or do you all mix it up? What sort of exercises do you all favor? Thinking of themes and such I could put in for you" As he folds the shorts and stuffs them into a pocket.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"I don't know... I think guys can get booty shorts too!" Ellie exclaims with a laugh. "Well, I think Alpha Sisters -- we tend to skip the Sigmas when referring to ourselves -- generally are more confident with their bodies. We wear a variety of clothes, but they /do/ tend to be revealing. I hit the gym sometimes twice a day, so I'm usually always in gym gear." Ellie tries to explain, having to pause every so often to think. "I can't speak for the others, but I adore weight-training -- especially squats! Aiming to build more muscle at the moment."</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair glances down - and then up, laughing in slight embarrassment "Well, you look great on it. I could hit the gym more, I guess" He's covered up, a lot. And he still has traces of baby fat on his face "Right. I wondered, given your comments on embracing things - reclaiming them. Seemed worth asking!"</p>

<p>{{tab}}Ellie smiles as she places a hand on Blair's shoulder, "Thanks! You're sweet." she says. "It's never too late to start, you know! If you like, I can help you out with a bit of personal training sometime in the future -- until you're happy with what you're doing!" she adds. </p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair grins a little - his mood improving a touch at Ellie's touch. He can't really account for it, but he grins a little nonetheless "Thanks. Maybe I'll take it on board. I'd mainly be looking - well, not really strength, just some cardio and maybe some flexibility and such?" He shrugs a touch "But it's not what most guys go for, I guess. I go swimming some" He muses, and then smiles over "So sure, if you've advice, happy to listen"</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Swimming's good. The best form of exercise, actually -- spares your joints." Ellie says, "And is both cardio and muscle-building! I'd be happy to offer advice if you think you need it. We can both hit the gym together!" she says with a laugh. "Get everything you need from down here?”.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"I should have" Blair smiles comfortably "I live pretty close to the beach, myself, so that's where I usually go. And sure - any advice you have for exercise for agility and stamina" He nods cheerfully, pocketing the smartphone "I'll think of options, certainly. But it all looks pretty good. You've got a lot you can do with this place"</p>

Ellie exclaims, "I don't think we'll be using the upstairs so much so I think we can leave the decorations to the grounds and the first floor -- you've seen the rear courtyard, right?" She points through the large windows and glass doors that overlook the courtyard and greenery. "We should definitely do something with that."</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair nods, moving to look outside, as well, out of the back "Well, part of me would say you could clear it out and have a hell of a dance floor out there" He muses "Maybe with some tables along the edge with whatever you want - whether you're giving out freebies, food, or just bottled water to keep everyone in good shape" He considres, moving to stand at the back of the patio and look out "Or you could have a few of you showing what you can do, with however you like performing" There's a casual ... assumption in his voice "I'm guessing you've got some girls who are into dance or something"</p>

<p>{{tab}}Ellie laughs, as she brings her hand up to her hair and runs her fingers through as she slowly lowers her body sensually, swaying as if dancing to an unheard beat. "I. LOVE. To dance!" Ellie says, opening her eyes and offering a playful wink. "All of us do! If the frat boys come, we're thinking a lot of hoses, bikinis and T-shirts." Bringing herself back up, she says "Games as well, of course. Maybe strength games! See if boys really /are/ stronger than girls." she says, as she raises an arm to flex a bicep -- pretty impressive!</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair glances at that flex, and then he laughs, grinning "See, I'd offer a contest or bet, but I think I'd lose quite *handily* right now. I've got no illusions about your physical shape compared to mine" He smirks a touch.</p>

<p>{{tab}}With a nod, Ellie looks around. "Anything else you need to see?" she asks, "Or have you got everything? You'll also need to let mw know how much it'll all cost -- you've got my number, so you can keep me in the loop."</p>

<p>{{tab}}"Let me know what sort of budget you want to put towards it" Blair offers, and he grins at Ellie, glancing her over again. It's amusing, slightly playful - given she had been flexing and showing off a little "Oh, need to see, no" With a little, amused emphasis.</p>

<p>{{tab}}"We'll let you know, I'll have to talk to the people at UCP." Ellie states, "Ah, great! Well, you've been really kind offering to help. Thanks, so much!" Of course, she misses the innuendo in its entirety -- but what do you expect -- English is not her first language!</p>

<p>{{tab}}Blair just chuckles a little, and nods "Not a problem. You have fun - I can see myself out" He gives another smile, heading for the exit and casting another glance about.</p>
