{{tab}}The Aetherial Realm is laid out much like the vault of the sky; the lowest point still cosidered part of the realm is a layer of shifting clouds, solid on top and easily navigable. These clouds shift and billow in immense mountains and wide plains, a 'landscape' all their own.

Calvin had almost /dragged/ garou together once he felt the time was right. Everyone gets their own backpack, 
a variety of colors. All shades of brown. Khaki for Cait, muddy brown for Wynn and a delightful taupe for 
Calvin. Inside, what else but grey t-shirts with the NASA logo emblazoned upon the front of them and a box of 
moonpies for each of them.

More importantly, he gathered them near the caern on a full moon in order to navigate the moon paths easily 
enough. "So. Put your shirts on." Calvin already has his on. He is the leader of this ill-fated expedition. 
This, descent into madness....ahem, ascent into madness. This embarkation into the full-glow. Trek for Tuscan 
Cheddar, leap for lunar munchies.

"I was kidding," says Wynn as she peers in the backpack and sees the t-shirt, brow rising as she studies the 
moon pies. She leaves the shirt in the backpack but does take one of the snack cakes to unwrap and take a 
bite of, as she slides the backpack onto her back. "No offense, I don't wanna look like one of those families 
who go to Disneyland in matching shirts so that they can find each other if they get lost. She likes the 
shirt she wore, one that says 'sarcasm loading' with a bar at about three quarters strength. She's not sure 
what to expect so she's got combat boots on and her hair's pulled bakc off her face in a long ponytail.

Cait looks at the backpack as Calvin gives it to her and she'll grin as she looks inside. "Ooh, fun!" She'll 
immediately take out the t-shirt and slips it on over her exercise bra, grinning broadly the entire while. 
"Although I'll be sad if I shift and tear this to shreds...", she admits. "Wait, is this moonpie??" 
Immediately she'll take it out and unwrap it to begin munching on it with pleasure. "Now THIS is a good prep 
for a trip..", she says cheerfully. "I've never been to the moon before, not sure what to expect exactly.." 
She'll just snicker at Wynn at her sarcasm and proudly wears her shirt, "That's fine, you can be the red-
headed stepchild, left out of the cool t-shirt club.."

The light of the, ahem, half moon, illuminates the group to a sort of..half light. To the rippage of shirts, 
"These things happen. The big part is the fact that /everyone participated/" Calvin side-eyes Wynn something 
fierce about her decision to /not/ wear the mandated t-shirt. "So. We are headed specifically to the moon, 
specifically for cheese for Mamma Rat. I've had three separate instances of spirits coming to tell me that is 
what she desires. So I'm not gonna fight it no more. Stick close to me and don't jump off of anything."

"Ah, but if we do shift and rip it, then I'll be so happy to have it," rebuts Wynn to the askance glances 
from Calvin. "I don't want to mislead any spirits we see on the way, have them think I'm a astroaeronautical 
rocket surgeon or something. They might expect me to build them a ship and then I'd feel bad. I'll let you 
guys carry on with the false advertising and scientific misrepresentation, though. I'm all about the truth."

	Philodox moon in the sky as Calvin gathers together his companions to set forth on their spirit 
quest. The paths into and through the Aetherial realms as dim halflight as Luna partially turns her face 
away. However that is not all. In the sky ahead the stars align in geometric shapes only to break apart into 
shooting stars or wink out and die entirely. The Moonbridge itself seems to be experiencing these changes. As 
parts of it crumble, or it suddenly veers off, or becomes covered in webbing that sticks to your feet.

Cait finishes her moonpie rather fast and licks her fingers as she looks at the backpack again and then 
slides the straps over her shoulders. A bag might be useful after all, they do need to carry home -cheese-. 
She'll grin over at Wynn and then says, "Should I call you eeyore now or later? Have some fun, we're goin' to 
the moon!" She'll look back to Calvin then and moves to step closer, looking curious, "So, what if we fall 
off the path or something? Will we be lost forever in a black hole?"

	As you walk.. And walk.. And walk.. Have you been here for hours? For days? Did you leave the oven 
on? Following Calvin as you walk the glowing path of moonlight. At which point one of the stars veers into 
your path. Radiant colors wash over you though Calvin stops in time to only catch the nearest edge of it. The 
feels.. The light feels sharp and smells like the number 3. But the exposure is only momentary.


"No names unless someone earns it." Calvin grumbles! Pure grumbles to his small group that he is playing 
hopscotch on moonbridges with. Until they get collided with by a shooting star and his eyes scrunch. "We'll 
fall slowly into another umbral...realm...why do I feel like I'm on rainbow road in Mario 
Karrtagrhagrelwlghwgwghw"
Something happened! SOMETHING WEIRD! He'll turn his head quick and the tongue slaps Cait right in the fast 
before a paw reaches to press it down his chest like an errant tie.

"I'm just kidding, promise. I never even had a goth phase," says Wynn with a grin at Cait. "But thank you for 
noticing." (Get it? Get it???) 

She stops short when Calvin does, gasping a bit at the spectral brilliance of light. Her moon pie falls off 
their moonbridge and she watches it sadly, then down at her hands that failed to keep a good grip on it. 
Hands... paws. She glances at the rest of herself -- still rocking the human. "Well, that's fun," she says, 
before glancing over at her companions and smirking. "Cute."

Cait is about to reply when suddenly she's limping along, with a leg way larger than the other, and her own 
tongue is huge and flapping out of her mouth. She'll put a hand up quickly when Calvin spins and flaps his 
huge tongue in her face, blocking it with a wince. She'll try to speak but nothing comes out but 
'blablahblahlbah'. Okay, so she'll look annoyed suddenly and focus, attempting to concentrate long enough to 
turn back to 'normal'. The comment from Wynn gets a middle finger at her smirking 'cute'. She would stick out 
her tongue but it's already hanging down like a tie.

Calvin goes seriously cross-eyed now, a huge tongue lolling from his mouth and appendages absolutely wrong. 
It takes some serious focus to ravel his tongue back into his mouth. It shrinks as he does so, and his gait 
becomes normal again. Sans a shoe now that its ripped and tumbles from the path. "My chucks...." A leg was 
crinos, and now its not. An arm was lupus but that didn't cause too many problems. "Lets keep going 
before...We're a team, Cait!"


	As you travel further dodging a few more Colors Out of Space.. You reach a spot with an odd sights. 
The dropped moonpie. Sitting between 3 figure. A Intensly Curious Shade of Violet, a metalic Spider made out 
of knives, and a ball of viscious dripping tentacles and teeth.. They seem to be in a stalemate over the 
moonpie. No one of them will move to take it lest the other 2 attack. However to pass by them is to wade 
through, climb over, expose yourself to their individual triatic radiances.. Plus some of them look very 
pokey.

The imagery before her makes the Ragabash grin, and it's clear that Wynn isn't as dour and grumpy as she's 
seemed. She too takes a moment to change back to normal so she can use her fingers. Opposable thumbs are the 
best thing since, well, before we had them. When she sees the strange beings she tips her head. "Ah, shit, 
this one's on me," she says. "Hold on. If we give them two more, then maybe they won't kill each other. Or 
us." She glances at the other two before pulling out two more and rolling them to the trio. "One for 
everyone. No need to fight."

	But Balance is never so easily found. Now there are THREE pies in a pile and the Garou have made 
their presence known.

ICSOV "Fuzzy Wuzzies you like the Wyld yes? Give me all the pies and I will make you fast and speed your 
journey!"

Knife Spider "Do not listen to the crazed one. It will give you wheels for legs. Meat makes terrible wheels. 
Give them to ME and I shall make your path straight and narrow as going from point A to point B."

Glixr'fron "How unreasonable the Wyld and Weaver is. Simply take them all for yourself and deny us them. That 
is all I ask. In exchange I will give one you a secrets thought lost. Let me put my knowledge in you."

After she finally forces her body back to 'normal', Cait will wipe at her mouth and then grins at Calvin, her 
shoes are just fine. "You should dedicate your gear man.." Then, she'll walk along with them curiously, 
pausing at the sight before them. Looking over at Wynn, she'll nod slowly, "That might work.." She'll grin as 
she watches them, then pauses as the trio speak to them, and she'll wait, looking tense but letting the 
others do this little interaction.

"One from each of us?" Calvin counters Wynn's proposal but things are already rolling along, literally. Oh. 
"Well...then..." It sort of worked. Maybe they could've snuck by? But now they definitely see them. "We seek 
only continued passage. Those pies are yours..." Except now they have demands! DEMANDS! "We cannot take your 
secrets, spirit of the Wyrm. For you are corrupted and twisted. I will not topple your balance, live and work 
as one. We will continue on our own path in our own time."

There's a sparkle in Wynn's eyes as she listens to the different offers from each, but she lets Calvin speak 
as their expedition's fearless leader. "Wisely said, Lieutenant Armstrong." She waggles her fingers at the 
three spirits in farewell, ready to continue on the path -- hopefully unhindered by knives, violet, and 
tentacles.

	The spirits make no move to share the road which seems so narrow with their bulk perched upon it
ICSOV "All things must change. You have to make choices for that is the gift of the Wyld in you."

Knife Spider "And once that choice is made there is no going back. Yesterday is lost to you and cannot be 
taken away. That is the Weaver's gift to you."

Iwol'nisk "But all things come to an end. That is the Wyrm's gift to you."
In unison the three announce "Choose your gift. Make your choice. Live with the consequences of it. Till you 
die."

"Well fuck." Calvin mutters at the response.


Wynn chews her lower lip. "Sorry if I made it worse. I was always taught sharing is caring." She glances at 
each of the spirits, and lowers her voice. "I don't want wheel legs. Not into cyborgs. If we *don't* give 
them to one of them, what will the others do? Otherwise, I say go with Wyld." The Ragabash lifts a shoulder 
and glances at the other two.

When the spirits do not leave, Cait will frown in thought, "If there is only balance, perhaps each of us 
picks a different one. There's three of us... right?" She'll pause and glance at Calvin, unsure, spirits 
aren't really her 'thing'. She'll also glance at Wynn too. "I thought your idea was a great idea. Sharing 
with all." Pausing, she'll look thoughtful. "I'll support you guys whichever you decide." She's putting this 
decision firmly on calvin's shoulders apparently.


"I mean. You did exactly what I was going to do." Calvin takes the time now to take off his /other/ converse. 
The only one left. To fling? No. He'll tuck it into his backpack as he chatters. "I /forgot/ the 
shoes.....maannnnnn." Then he blinks a few times, turning to the spirits. A thought! Perchance a good 
thought! "We do like the Wyld. We can't /each/ pick a different one. Because their options are exclusive. 
Give none to them. Or all to one of them. Not giving any would be the easiest, but then we'd be appeasing a 
spirit of the Wyrm."

"Yeah, and I don't want wheel legs," reiterates Wynn. "And as tempting as the Wyrm spirit's offer is... it's 
dangerous to accept. So one of us would be in trouble." She sighs. "So all to the Wyld?" She glances at Cait 
for her opinion on the matter. Wynn's not even wearing the team shirt, after all.

Cait chuckles at Wynn and then nods. "Yeah, I'm not into wheels for legs either." She'll shrug then and then 
agree, "Wyld it is, I guess, although I am tempted to keep it for myself and say screw'm!" Of course she is. 
Then she'll look over at Calvin, "You sure we can't each pick one? but okay..." She'll pause though and then 
asks, "We have to give them all to just one, or just one to one?" Yeah that totally makes sense.



	Voices.. The VOICES.. Whisper in your ear. Hglrml'tif sighs sweetly "Or.. If you'd like. A side bet. 
Give only some of them to the Wyld and keep the rest for yourselves. The Weaver chokes everything. It doesn't 
deserve any. That way you can gain both mine and the Wyld's blessing."

"/No./ Weaver still serves its purpose, to order the creations of Wyld." Calvin glares towards Hrlgrmt'tif 
like its an awful thing. "Cough up your moonpies. Lets go." They are choosing Wyld, and Calvin digs out his 
box and shakes out the moonpies in their wrapper at the Very Violet thing.

Wynn chuckles a little, amused though she shouldn't be by the Wyrm. "Sorry, Weaver. We like our meat legs," 
the Ragabash says, looking apologetic as softly drops the remains of her box at the spirit of the Wyld's... 
well, it doesn't have feet. "I mean, Weaver still doesn't get them," she murmurs under her breath. "and 
neither do we." She lifts a shoulder. "Needed to watch my weight anyway," says the lean and lanky woman.


	The spirits in unison agree "A choice is made." and the Spider scuttles off the path making way while 
Grlphon'trukli implodes in upon itself creating space, that seems less than it was before, to pass. Violet 
the terribly inquisitive color gleefully takes the moonpies which subsequently turn into marshmallow bunnies 
and chocolate mooses. Then the color flickers and bathes you all with an ancient radiation that haunts 
dismembered constellations. With your individual spiritual electrons screaming WHEEEEEE you feel your 
molecules accelerate and make the jump to PLAID.
	The moon is much larger in the sky, your destination closer, the taste of probability still in your 
mouth. Now a Lune blocks your path. The moon path stopping at it's toes.

"You have traveled far Wolves! Congratulations. You have finished a quest to the moon. Please step right this 
way." and the Lune's milky light gestures off the path.

Cait steps closely behind Calvin as he delivers the moonpies to the Wyld. She'll watch the others 
thoughtfully and keeps herself on the balls of her feet. Looks like she's playing bodyguard right now or 
something. As her eletrons get all squiggy and plaid, Cait looks a little wigged out. This is totally weird, 
she's not used to this and her eyes go a little wild. Although, when next a Lune steps into their path and 
tries to gesture them off the path, she'll whisper, "I thought we weren't supposed to deviate from the path?"

Calvin definitely feels like he made the right choice, especially when moonpies become moosetracks and all 
the animals of the forest. "Aahhhh holy fuuuuu...." For some reason Calvin can't help but think of /more/ 
mario bros things. Once they settle though, he is glad to not be on uneven footing with a shoe on and a shoe 
off. "Well. We haven't finished yet. We need to get our cheese." Calvin does take a solitary step that way, 
but there isn't anything over there. Well. They are still quite far. "Uhhh...Will you open a moon bridge for 
us to where the cheese is?" Thats a good question! He thinks it is.



	"Terribly sorry. Luna is settling down to rest and so is not recieving visitors at the moment. If 
you'll just hop right off here I'll send you home." The spririt gestures to the edge of the path and the 
yawning void beyond.

"Oh, my God, they are so cute," says Wynn, revealing she does in fact have an inner child, should there be 
any doubt from the often wry and cynical seeming Ragabash. "Moosepies and living peeps. I love it." And then 
they travel, leaving her reeling a bit, one hand scrubbing over her eyes to try to rub away the afterimage of 
all that plaid pladiness. "Tripping balls. Who needs drugs when you can do this." She looks to the Lune, 
nodding over to Cait's reminder. "Like Little Red Riding Hood. Ironically." She tips her head. "We can wait, 
maybe?"

"Luna is at half full, she is not settled to bed just yet." Calvin scuffs his heels upon the moonpath but is 
not moving. "We aren't going home. We are going to visit Luna and the moon. We will be getting the cheese 
that Mama Rat needs to feed her brood. You will open another moonbridge so that we can get there."

Cait stops behind Calvin and frowns as she stares at the Lune. She'll nod to Wynn and sighs, "Do we need to 
bribe it? Maybe it wants a t-shirt?", she'll ask with a grin towards Wynn. She'll go silent though as Calvin 
begins to speak to the Lune more, telling it exactly what we need. Crossing her arms behind him, she'll also 
stare at the Lune and frown, scowling a bit, trying to be the tiny bouncer or something.

"I would have you open a moonbridge for myself and my questing group." Calvin's hand swipes back towards Cait 
and Wynn. "We are on a quest issued by Mamma Rat to fetch cheese to feed her brood." Then he turns back to 
the Lune and holds its gaze oh so fiercely.

	It's a stare down.. The Spirit and Calvin lock gazes as one attempts to assert dominance over the 
other. It goes on for a bit as they're evenly matched. Then Calvin loses his never skittering back. The 
spirit though has defeated the Garou. "You are.. Unworthy." at which point the spirit dissapears and the moon 
path reappears and immediately branches.. Branches.. Branches.. Where once they was a straight moonbeam there 
is now a tangle that would would make a Fianna faint at the knotwork of lines.


	A few steps away, Calvin's shoulders slump low, eyes dipping down then back up. The Lune has 
absolutely judged him unworthy and their path is convoluted to say the least. Embarassment carries in his 
visage back towards the pair of Garou who came with him. "Give me a second. I'll figure this out."


During the staredown, Wynn's dark gaze volleys back and forth between Calvin and the Lune, though she does 
give the poor Garou a look of sympathy when she sees it's not going to go his way. "Ouch," she says when the 
Lune calls them unworthy, and then she sighs as their moonbeam becomes an elflock of epic proportions. "Shit, 
this is worse than the El Toro Y," she says wryly, patting Calvin's shoulder. To Cait she smiles. "We 
should've offered the t-shirt."

Cait watches the staredown commence and frowns as they're judged unworthy. She'll blink as multiple paths 
appear and she'll sigh loudly, "Fuck." Then to Wynn, she'll chuckle, "Maybe, what does a Lune like anyways? 
Probably shoulda tried the chiminage, I just don't know much about them. At least now I know what kind of 
homework to do when we get back, huh?" She'll look to Calvin then and then grins, "okay, we'll wait... " And, 
she'll do just that, because at staring at the paths, she looks completely flumoxed.


	Over and under and through. The path is NOT short. You could swear that for a bit Calvin was leading 
you towards Mars or Venus. Even Uranus winks at you. But after what feels like a week of walking Calvin leads 
his group to step off the path and onto a spongy green surface. The smell. OH GODS THE SMELL.

	"I know which way it is." Calvin eventually sounds out. In an 'aha' moment', he'll point towards one 
of the paths that seems to flicker and gleam in a way that makes him feel woe. The shimmer of silver more 
than the others. Then he guides them through, way outttttt, back around. The rings of something are a next 
vista until they DEFINITELY get to the green moon cheese moon. "Oh holy shit..."
"

	 Cait, Calvin, you're okay. It's eye watering. But... You're okay. Wynn? The smell. Oh gods. The 
smell is like a shock and then you gasp and THEN ITS IN YOU. And then you're trying to get it out of you. 
Bits of moon pie go shooting off across the moon landscape as Wynn literally does the technicolor yawn.


"I don't want to see Uranus!" Wynn says in mock horror, but then they manage to get to the right place. Only 
it's so wrong. So very wrong. Like the Bog of Eternal Stench from her childhood. "I can't..." she mutters and 
then all cookies are lost. "Fuck. Please don't make that my new deed name," she manages, wiping her eyes of 
tears. Finally she has the bright idea to pull out that NASA shirt and wrap it around her face like a bandit. 
"Good to go. Carry on. Shut up."

	Calvin puts on his safety squints, eyes narrowing nearly to completely shut and mouth opening. To 
breath in and out slow and /not/ engage his nose as much. "Green cheese is ghastly. Holllyy hell."
His gaze lifts to the stars around them though, to the moonpath he just left then back to the cheese. "Okay. 
We brought backpacks, lets get'em together so we can head back. Ohh...Wynn, ya'l'right?"

	How long HAVE you been traveling? Hours? Days? Weeks? Months? Spiritual trips are inconsistant in 
their duration. Worse yet you traveled by red line there for a moment. Looking up at the umbral heavens and 
the shadows across the landscape Calvin guesses you've been traveling since.. Tomorrow. You would be stepping 
foot on the moon path in about 2 hours.

Cait's eyes light up as Calvin seems to know the way to the moon. She'll look impressed as he actually leads 
them there, "Oh you didn't even get us lost..", she will say with amusement. Then she'll pause as the stench 
gets to her and she'll wrinkle her nose but at least she's not throwing up the cookies. Giving an amused 
glance towards Wynn, she'll grin a bit wickedly but turns almost immediately to look aroudn for any threats. 

"So do we just put the cheese in our bags?"

	While Calvin is distracted Cait and Wynn notice a slight undulation to the landscape. Like in waves 

there are little tremors. And in the distance there is something massive striding across the green landscape. 
Not aproaching just traveling. Your first sign of 'life' upon the green cheese moon.

"Gloves next time," murmurs Wynn. "I'm peachy keen, Cal, thanks. This has been great." Her tone is droll. She 
looks up, though, frowning at the wavering of the landscape and then finding its source. "You guys see that," 
she says, dropping the first load of cheese into her pack, and nodding into the horizon. "What is that..." 
she murmurs, glancing at Cait and then Cal -- poking Cal on the shoulder to get him to look up.

	Calvin absolutely does /not/ see it. He is bent over facing AWAY from the other Garou that he 
brought. Just one more Lady-Garou and they could call their pack Calvin's Angels. "All I see is /cheese/. How 
can it be mushy, goopy, /and/ dense at the same time? Its utterly gross. GROSS. It wobbles."

Cait was also loading up some stinky cheese in her backpack and also pauses as her dark eyes locks onto the 
undulating ground. "Yeah... yeah I do." Straightening, she'll put her backpack back on and frowns, "It looks 
like it's going to pass us by maybe?" She watches the trajectory of it and remains still, not moving, but 
alert. "Calvin, what lives on the moon?", she'll ask curiously. She's not quite sure if she should be in war 
mode or just wary.

	As if the digging has gotten it's attention whatever the figure is diverts and is heading your way. 
The ground undulates more and more as it grows larger and larger. A giant. A green cheese giant. Who knows if 
it is friendly. But it's coming.

	Just how oblivious can someone be? Calvin is oblivious. He is still shoveling cheese into his 
backpack, wiping cheesey hands off on his jeans then zips his backpack up. He'll straighten up and sigh 
loudly. "Perfect. You guys got your stuff? Ready to go?....What?"

"Shiiiiit. Fee, Fie, Fo, Fum... Giant, are you blind?" Wynn reaches for the back of Calvin's head, grasping 
him by some hair and turning his head to look over - and up up up -- at the giant that's coming their way. 
"Do we run -- we can outrun it, I think? I mean he has a giant leg span, but by the time he reaches down to 
grab us or something we can dart the other way. Like a mouse and an elephant," she says, staring up at the 
creature. "I don't know. I've never seen a cheese giant. What does cheese eat?"

	"Garou! Gouda afternooooon!" The Giant bellows. "What brie-ngs you here to my domain little Garou?" 
the giant spirit stops a ways a way peering down at them.


	OH! Friendly! Thats nice! So nice considering how this trip has gone so far. Calvin was all ready to 
be friendly until that /pun/. Oh no. Is this how he'll have to talk. "You gouda brie kidding..." AHEM! Throat 
clearing and he steps off towards the giant. So giant. "Munster of the Moon! Oh queso, we've come to take 
some of this fine moon cheese to Mamma Rat! To feed her hungry babies!"

Wynn sits down and lauggggghs, a merry thing, Eeyore long lost behind her. "It's quite a saga," that's a 
cheese, guys, "but we're all cheddar now." That was a stretch. She needs work on her cheese puns. She smiles 
up at him. "Hoping you'd say mi queso is su queso, and that it's all right with you of course." She glances 
at Calvin, and nods, as if to back up his explanation.



	"So provalone here. I do not get visitors here very often." The green cheese giant looks around "Why 
would garou be digging in the crumbles. For rat?" the spirit frowns slightly. "Always coming and raiding my 
supplies. But that is life. Queso sirrah sirrah." but the giant crouches down "If your seeking cheese you 
don't want this stuff. Offering this to the hungry is a good way to meet a sharp end. It's not grate at all."


	At that notice, Calvin upends his bag immediately and dumps out /all/ the stinky cheese he had 
gathered already. "I would vastly prefer something more mild than what we have here." Another shake to make 
sure it is empty before he slings it behind his back again. "That is some good advice, havarti-we go and look 
at what else you might spare for Rat?"

"That would be edam shame," says Wynn with a smirk, and then she shakes out her backpack all too eagerly. 
"Thank god. And thank you. Do you have a name?" she asks curiously of the giant cheesy one. "Nacho average 
day for us, it's an honor to meet you."

	*splortch* Awww.. It just coats everything and Calvin will likely never get that smell out. The 
Spirit ponders Calvin "I curd give you something. But you would have to earn it." The giant points over at 
one of the hills "What you ricotta do is go into the mounds there. The holes are like swiss cheese but are 
too small for me. There is a thing of rot and foulness there. If your spoiling for a fight you gotta rip it 
limb from limbburger. Bring me its head and I shall gift you some of the finest cheese for your quest."

As the puns fly and the Giant is not aggressive (at least at the moment), Cait will watch with wariness at 
first, and then a growing amusement. The puns cause her to chuckle and snort a few times, but obviously they 
are defnitely amusing to her. The mention of the foulness and rot perks Cait right up and she'll chirp, "I'm 
happy to brie-ng it to you!" Giggling a bit at her own pun, she looks proud.

Oh good! An actual sort of chiminage and no tricks. That Calvin can tell. "So. Beat up the badness. Bring you 
the head." It is difficult talk to his hand that is sliding from the crown of his head all the way down his 
face. "Que. So. Cait, I bet you're the one we're following to go fight this Gorgonzola, right?"

	Hunting among the cheesy hills in hispo is an excersise of 'oh god my nose' but they quietly creep 
along as giant wolves. Following the half melted found cheese. Down down the trail goes until finally a large 
chamber filled with.. Lab equipment. A man in a lab coat works at the chemistry equipment mixing and then 
sometimes tasting. Failed brews he just tosses behind him and the ground is covered in rivulets of 
unidentified cheese slurry chemical mixtures. So far he hasn't noticed you.


	Hispo-Calvin crouches low as they stalk their prey. Then he waits, hunches and shoulders up ready to 
charge this fiendish fiend. Waits for Cait's decision and what they should do.

That smell is so strong in this form. Wynn-wolf paws at her nose a little, wishing for the shirt around her 
face again, though those clothes were left for them to return to when they've completed their fight. She 
hangs back at the back of the trio, also waiting for Cait's signal.

As they crouch near and sneak into the area, Cait in her large wolf form will pause and crouch, sniffing the 
air as she watches the man in the lab coat. She'll growl quietly to the others, << He is no shifter, or 
spirit. >> Then, without much more thought, she'll launch herself forward with a growl, the spirit did 
clearly say he wanted his head!

WELP! That means attack! Calvin's paws settle then he launches himself after that man as well, charging 
fiercely! <<Then we'll take care of it!>>


After the first two spring into action, Wynn too leaps forward to join the fray -- if there's a fray. One man 
against three wolves is probably not much of a fight. Of course, he's a mad cheese scientist, so who knows 
what tricks he has up his sleeves.

	As Wynn leaps forward clawning at the man she tears deep into him.. And there is a spray. Like you 
just knived a can of cheese wiz. Except the horrible artificial cheddar smelling substance BURNS and melts 
into Wynn's skin with its foulness. The man is now aware of the attack and begins dodging wildly.

	Combat among Garou is often short and brutal. Between Wynn and Cait and the ambush the two garou tear 
the man limb from limb before he even has a chance to react. Ripped limbs pour out a mix of offal that 
reminds you of rotten cheese and exploded hotpocket bits. Shredded the area is truly befouled with the 
essence of corrupt fake cheese.


Calvin did not get there in time. Not even nearly. He'll shift up onto his bare feet and go oof, owie until 
he finds somewhere not weird to stand. "So uhh...oh christ.....thats...rancid..." His eyes close and a long 
long swallow before he'll start the rite of cleansing. He uses some of the 'scientist' apparatuses to draw a 
large circle of the experimentation site before flinging purified water from the kit about to cleanse it.

Leaping forward to attack the man in a surprise attack, Wynn is just a bit faster and gets there first, but 
Cait is right on her tail! Growling and slipping in with another vicious snarling bite, she rips into the 
'man' and tears a huge chunk off of him. Following up with a scythe-like swipe from her vicious looking
claws, the cheese-blood is spewed everywhere and when the man goes down, Cait will whine and wipe at her
mouth with a clean foot. Kind of like a dog who gets a quill in their muzzle, it hurts, but they can't do
anything about it. << Oww >> comes the mangled whining, her mouth is obviously hurting. When Calvin begins to
cleanse the area, she'll sit and watch and continue to paw at her mouth.


	As cleansing rain washing the cheeto taint away. The corpse sizzling and popping exposed to such
purity. The vials and liquids also burn and pop as the cleansing washes over them. Collecting up the Trophy
the 3 Garou cross the Feta Plains into the Gorgonzola foothills to meet back up with the Green Cheese Spirit. 

Accepting their prize the Chiminage complete he rewards them with the most cataclysmicly smelly lump of
cheese they have ever encounter. This cheese has a spiritual weight all its own.

Having completed their task they set forth once more into the umbral reaches to make it back home. Passing on 
their way a version of themselves that chose the Wyrms choice and learned terrible secrets.

But that is a story for another day.
