Carpaccio crostino	Thinly sliced beef carpaccio on crostino with blue cheese pearl and balsamic glaze
Spiedini di polo	Grilled chicken skewers marinated in rosemary sauce

The Buchanan	Pomegranate liqueur, light rum, blue curacao, agave nectar, maraschino cherry garnish
The Bootlegger	Fresh lime juice, silver rum, mango liqueur, mint sprig and mango slice as garnish with mint leaves crushed in the bottom
Wilson's Wrath	Black cherry juice, raspberry flavored moonshine, simple syrup, lemon juice with lemon wedge garnish
Wolfsheim Grift	Pimms No 1, sparkling lemonade, strawberries, cucumber, mint and orange to garnish
